A new tool from one HHH Medicare Administrative Contractor can help. MAC CGS has updated its Home Health Documentation Checklist tool at https://cgsmedicare.com/hhh/education/materials/pdf/hh_doc_checklist_tool.pdf. The checklist covers the face-to -face encounter, homebound status, plan of care, orders, medical necessity, certification/recertification and OASIS, CGS explains.
