"Separate 2 MD Stress Coding by Service" in Vol. 12, No. 7, stated that you should report 93015 for the internal medicine physician's professional services and 93350 for the cardiologist's echo interpretation. The article should have stated that you report these codes for the global services. "3 Steps Prep Your Pre-Op SPECT Claims for Success" in Vol. 12, No. 8, should have indicated, "For the abnormal ECG, report 794.31 (Abnormal electrocardiogram [ECG] [EKG])."
