Gregory Cappelli
Gregory Cappelli is the CEO of Human Capital Development Solutions LLC. He previously served as the fourth CEO of Apollo Education Group (AEG) from 2009 to 2017. Apollo was a multi-billion dollar publicly traded global education and training company serving over a million university graduates.

In 2016, he successfully helped organize and execute a plan to take AEG private and establish new ownership under Apollo Global Management (AGM) and The Vistria Group. During his tenure, he founded and is the current Executive Chairman of Apollo Global — now known as Vanta Education Group — which operates colleges and universities serving hundreds of thousands of students globally. Since its founding, Apollo Global has made over a dozen acquisitions.

Before joining AEG in 2007, Cappelli spent over a decade as a managing director for Credit Suisse, where he served as a senior research analyst and founded the Credit Suisse Global Services Group. He authored over 10,000 pages of research and is responsible for raising capital and bringing public dozens of companies in the education, training, and business services sectors. Prior to Credit Suisse, Cappelli held the position of senior research analyst at ABN AMRO Securities. He received his BA in Economics from Indiana University where he also studied piano and performed regularly in various concerts. Cappelli received his MBA from the Brennan School of Business at Dominican University where he served on the board of trustees for nine years.

Currently, Cappelli serves on the National Board of Governors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, where he’s also chairman of the Midwest region, and the Committee for Economic Development in Washington, DC. He serves on the board of trustees for University of Phoenix and BPP University Holdings UK. He previously served on the boards of University Latinoamericana, Mexico, Open Colleges Australia, Faculdade da Educacional da Lapa (FAEL), Brazil and Pharmacann, Inc. Cappelli is currently chairman of AAPC. He is also a member of the Wall Street Journal CEO council and the Milken Global Institute.

Bryan Carey
Bryan J. Carey is the President and CEO of Banevis, a leading provider of pediatric dental services. He is a veteran operating executive in the healthcare sector. He previously served as President of Alteon Health, a provider of emergency and hospitalist medicine physician services where he drove significant performance improvement. He joined Alteon in October 2019, and oversaw improvements in contract profitability, managed care, RCM, and productivity, resulting in a threefold increase in operating earnings. He also led value-based care, growth and innovation and corporate development.

Carey previously served as managing director of Operating Partner Consultants, a firm dedicated to providing private equity groups with strategy, finance, performance improvement, and acquisition guidance related to various healthcare services, including physician management, oncology, behavioral medicine, and revenue cycle management.

Prior experience includes service as EVP, director and CFO of Sunspire Health, a leading provider of behavioral health; president of 21st Century Oncology, the nation’s largest alternate site provider of integrated cancer care and ten years of experience as an operating partner for healthcare at Vestar Capital Partners.

Carey currently serves as a director at AAPC and Cold Chain Technologies, a global leader insulated thermal packaging solutions or vaccines, medication, and other pharmaceutical products. In addition, he serves as an Executive Advisor to New Mountain Capital.

He earned his economics degree at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where he graduated with distinction in 1982, and completed his MBA at the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1987.

Sreekant Kasibhatta
Sreekant Kasibhatta is a finance leader with global experience in both public and private equity environments, having worked in US, Europe and Asia. His leadership experience spans P&L accountability, debt refinancing, exit transactions, strategic planning and operational experience in both B2B and B2C companies.

Kasibhatta previously served as CFO at Curvature, a leading IT services company, where he managed the exit transaction. He also served as CFO for RGIS, a leading inventory services company where he accomplished a debt refinancing and improved working capital performance. Prior to this, Kasibhatta worked at Tyco for 14 years in various leadership roles across different geographies and business units. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Kasibhatta serves as a director at AAPC and at RGIS, a leader in inventory services Internationally. He previously served on the board of Redbox, a leader in DVD rental business.

He is a chartered accountant from India and earned his accounting degree from Utkal University in India.
