Wiki Wound care in a 90 day global

If the Physician does a Surgery and then he debrides that area, etc on a different day at our Wound Care Center, can that be billed or would it be it be included in the procedure? I always thought the only way to bill a procedure in the global was to be taken back in the OR. Thanks for any advice.
