Wiki vaginal turned csection

I am coding for a patient that started out as a vaginal delivery but due to fetal distress had to have a csection...Do you code the vaginal with DX "failure to progress" or with the same DX as csection??

I would code 59618 (Cesarean delivery after attempted vaginal) along with dx 660.61 for failure to progress.
