Wiki US Breast new CPT

The new CPT code 76642 for a limited US Breast, specifies that it is unilateral. We are getting edits when we add an RT or LT modifier. We are not adding both modifiers, just one or the other, and 50 if bilateral. Are we not to add specificity modifiers to these unilateral codes?
