Wiki Unacceptable PFT tests

Has anyone else had any experience with receiving PFT's back that say "Unacceptable study" then the provider indicates the number of attempts that were made at testing the child? We have been told in the past that these are billable if more than 3 attempts were made but are now being told they are not billalbe by someone else. I am looking to see how other billers are handling this. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
