Hello.
Is any other coders out there that code for children's procedures for scoliosis coding/billing for the UNiD rod pre-planning? My physician was given something from Medicrea that says he should bill 76499-26 for the pre-planning, however, the problem that I have is what comparison code to use for this as there is no $ amount assigned to unlisted codes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
