Wiki Spinal fusion procedure coding in ICD 10 PCS

Hi,

I have a doubt in coding below given procedures in ICD 10 PCS.

Procedure performed: lumbar spinal fusion with nanOss, bone marrow aspiration, allograft, autograft, and instrumentation (Armada).

Need to clarify weather the bone marrow aspiration and instrumentation will code along with the spinal fusion. I can't find any guideline or coding clinic regarding with this. Please guide me.

we need assign both fusion with autograft code and Extraction of bone marrow from iliac,pelvic.....

In ICD 0 PCS we need assign the harvesting location separately
