This scenario was given to me and I'm not quite sure what the correct answer would be.

An Anesthesiologist is overseeing a Resident and CRNA in the same case. Both the Resident and CRNA provided medications to the patient. How would this be billed? It was discussed as being billed as: Anesthesiologist/Resident: QK, GC; CRNA: QX.

Any insight??
