RE: bundling of 99213 visit
I have a VFC claim billed as 99213, 90460, 90461, 90648, 90700. Everything paid except for the 99213 for $100.00 as the claims customer service rep is telling me it bundled with the vaccines. Should I rebill and add the 25 modifier to the 99213? This is a Medicaid claim. Thanks.
