Hi there. I have a question regarding Place of Service codes. I work with a group that has more than 20 school "satellite" locations. They have 7 main locations. I have been told by Mn Medicaid, Optum, and several other prayers that it is not necessary to list every satellite on our contract. We have "attached" each satellite to the main locations. On the claim form in box 32, do we list the school address or the main location address (that is on our contracts) while using POS 03 much like you do with Home POS 12?
