Hello,
This should be a simple question but it's one that my coworkers don't agree on.
If a patient with commercial insurance has an annual gyn exam and pap smear done in the office - besides 99394-99397 -, are there any other CPT codes that should be used? An insurance rep once told me to use G0124, which I don't agree with. Also Q0091 has been thrown out there too. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Angie
