Wiki Need assistance for high risk

I have an ob/gyn high risk practice that sees patients on a referral basis from my regular ob/gyn practice. The high risk practice does visits,labs and ultrasounds but never charges for the global maternity care. The insurance companies are not paying stating these services are include in the global maternity care. Any suggestions, if it is possible, to get the high risk practice charges covered.

I bill for a Maternal Fetal Medicine practice and we bill for the U/S, Labs and E/M visits associated with the High Risk Pregnancy Code. This is outside of the global OB GYN package. Are you using the high risk Dx Codes?
