Help Please,
Pre operative diag: vaginal vault prolapse, cystocele, rectocele
Name of the operation/procedure: Cystocele repair, rectocele repair with also vaginal vault suspension using the posterior Elevate mesh and also cystoscopy.
I find code 57250 posterior colporrhaphy, repair of rectocele with or without perineorrhaphy,but that doesn't cover the cystocele.
Would I code that seperately.
