Wiki ICD9 coding for OB ultrasounds

We are getting conflicting information on what ICD9 codes to use for OB ultrasounds. Which one is recommended for the initial US to determine dates (if patient unsure of LMP) and then which one is recommended for the 18-20 week full anatomy US???

For the initial u/s if unsure of lmp we use 649.63 and for the 20 week u/s V28.81
