Patient had a RT kidney stone (592.0) and also a RT ureteral stone (592.1)
With 2 separate sites on same side, may I use 50590 twice? With a modifier 51?
Modifier 59?
Patient has BCBS for insurance.

I'd use it once. I'd use it twice is stones were being treated bilaterally.
