Hello. Im in delaware and getting denied for 99464 along with 99460 any advice on how to get paid for the attendance at delivery (99464)?

I use 99360 x 2 with 669.70 for c section attendance.

That doesn't make any sense. It says right in the CPT book under 99464: "99464 may be reported in conjunction with 99460, 99468, 99477). What's their reason for denying 99464?
