are there any new updates or ways to code and bill out cpt code 31231, 31267,31237 ? we were trying with a 79 modifier to see if we can get reimbursement but still unsure of what correct modifier to use when with the global period of a major surgery? using other cpt codes such as 31255,31288,31231,31267,31250 and so forth how are we to code it out correctly? what modifiers
do we use? please help and thanks!
