With the new 2021 guidelines we are having issues on what is actually separately billable in an GYN well woman exam. Is managing contraception with prescription refills. Could use some guidance and where can we find this guidance.

I would say contraception management is included in a well woman exam. There used to be an ACOG guide but I can't find it anymore. Here are a couple of other that might be useful.

Contraceptive counseling is absolutely included. ACOG's website includes many articles on this topic. Go to acog.org and search on "preventive coding" to see the full list.
