can somebody tell me the is the acronym for GP? I know is use for physical therapy in a office setting, but I want to know if it has an acronym and also I can't find it in CPT,ICD-9 OR HCPCS.

Not an acronym, just a modifier.

Unless you have a General Practitioner in the office.
