Does anyone know if private insurances (BCBS) will pay for G0289, or is it only a Medicare code? I am having a hard time finding out if other insurances will pay.

G0289 is not a Medicare only code. It is also used by other carriers. I would check each carriers fee schedule for coverage determination. I know Vermont Medicaid covers G0289.
