Hi all -

Patient went out of state for a legal abortion. Now coming in for 2 week follow up for legal abortion. Vaginal discharge also found.
What dx code should be used for this visit?
Provider has V13.29 and then V67.9 and 623.5 but I am not sure this is right however, I do not have a lot of experience coding OB/GYN.
