If an OB patient has genital herpes w/o current outbreak at the time of delivery but the provider feels this is a risk, would we code 650 or should be use the chapter 11 appropriate code?

If he states it on the Delivery Summery
then i would have used the Chapter 11 code with the Appropriate 5th Digit.
