Hi can anyone please tell me if J9395 acn be billed with Modifiers LT and RT when administered on both Buttocks?
 
You don't report J codes with modifiers; you report the injection CPT with the modifiers, (either anatomic or the -50, depending if the code is inherently unilateral), and you report the J codes with units, based on the dosage.
