Wiki Claim types

Hello, does anyone know what outpatient claim types J, F & M are?

Thanks,

Are you referring to an outpatient facility claim?

J, F, and M can be the last digit in the Type of Bill. Each is for FI use only and represents a type of adjustment. The Noridian website has a good description of the structure of a Type of Bill code:

Medicaid in my state will be covering new vaccine = mRESVIA (Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine) mRNA. They say that it is covered for individuals age 60+ and is billed using code 90683 on claim types: J = Physician and M & F = Out-Patient
Trying to figure out what they mean.

Thank you!
