I am new to reviewing IR procedures. I have a question regarding a recent Venogram procedure.

Patient had evaulation of IVC and Venogram of lower extremity via seperate venous access site. Patient required an IVC venacavagram due to some medical issus that are documented additional beingevaluated for Lower extremity Pain varicose veins with swelling of the legs. therefore physician obtain an additional access of the greater sphaneous vein near the ankle. Sheath was inserted and a unilateral venogram was performed for this access site.

IVC Procedure:

Left femoral vein access. Contrast injected via sheath. "Normal appearing left iliac vein and origin of right leg vein appears normal as well" physician describes the IVC in greater detail.

My thoughts are:
36005 and 75825

Evaulation of left LE veins with seperate access into the greather saphenous vein sheath inserted and contrast injected.

My thoughts are:
36005 and 75820

What do you think?
