Wiki Anyone know the CPT for a fabellectomy ?

Fabel is a small seasmoid bone that can develop behind the knee within the gastroc tendon. My doc found one of these and removed it. Having a difficult time trying to find a CPT for it though. Has someone else come across this and know what the CPT is? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
