we are a pediatric group with 7 providers. we are getting monster eob's from healthkeepers plus (Medicaid hmo) that are several hundred pages long full of retractions from 1-1-13 onward. payments are made and retracted at an alarming rate. we have one staff member who posts ins. payments. it takes several days to reconcile just one of these monster eob's. we think this is happening statewide with hkp providers. I would love to hear how other peds offices are coping with this gigantic mess. thank you lburke cpedc
