Can someone please help me out with what date to use on the claim when billing for antepartum care? I work for a billing office and we have just recently taken over our first OB office...any help, suggestions, or links would be greatly appreciated!!

I would suggest checking the payer guidelines. They can each have their own variation on requirements. Good luck
