Can you submit 29877 more than once for the same knee (only procedure done) but different compartments for a non medicare patient? i.e 29877, 29877-59 Thanks in advance

Most non medicare payers these days follow NCCI.

29877 has an MUE of one. Due to the changes made 1/1/2017, 29877 can only be reported when it is the only procedure done. So you can bill it only once, and only if there are no other procedures performed which is very rare.
