Surgeon A primary on 25575 Surgeon B Assist 25575 80
Surgeon B primary 27536 Surgeon A Assist 27536 80

Can I bill this out on two separate claims?

If you are the one responsible for billing for both of these providers (same group or practice), each provider should have their own claim, otherwise, you would only bill for your providers portion.
