Hello,

I am trying to find the 2012 Medicare fee schedule. I have looked on CMS.gov and can't find the 2012. Has anyone found it?

Go to your specific carrier website. Mine is Noridian and it has been posted since Decemeber 2011.

NGS has it posted. I don't think CMS has posted it yet because they're waiting to see what congress does (just my opinion)
