Wiki 2 Epidurals?

Hello all-
I have a situation where a patient has the first epidural and did not work. Then a second epidural was then administered. How would you bill for this? The insurance is Tricare.
Would it be 01967 only once and we are out of luck on the second epidural?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
