Now on Codify by AAPC: Test drive E/M Calculator 2023 before major changes hit on Jan. 1

CPT^® is giving evaluation and management (E/M) guidelines another overhaul effective Jan. 1, 2023. To help you prepare, Codify by AAPC has added E/M Calculator 2023. You can see how E/M selection will change for affected services like inpatient, observation, and more. It’s simple to find and use this new tool.

Step 1: Log in to Codify by AAPC and select Coding Tools on the top navigation menu. Then click E/M Calculator 2023

Step 2: When the calculator opens, select the appropriate type of service from the dropdown menu to get started.
