Medicare has updated its Medicare National Coverage Determinations (NCD) Coding Policy Manual and Change Report (ICD-10-CM) for April 2023.

The manual shows you ICD-10-CM codes that support CPT^® codes related to specific lab NCDs. When you search a relevant code, such as 85004, in the NCD Lookup tool, a link will appear as the result. Click the link to access the manual.
