A clinical staff person continually observes and evaluates an infant, up to and including 12 months of age, in a car seat or bed for airway integrity; heart and respiratory rate and oxygen saturation using pulse oximetry are recorded continuously for an additional full 30 minutes after the first hour of observation. This service includes interpretation of the results and a report.
