Summary

The provider performs reconstruction of up to two thirds of the surface area of an eyelid, extending all the way through the eyelid tissue, to correct damage to the eyelid, improving cosmetic appearance and function of the eye. He transfers a tissue flap from the opposing eyelid. He may perform the procedure in stages, in more than one session.
