Summary
During a procedure to place an endograft in the aortoiliac artery, the provider also places a branched endograft in the main iliac artery and its major branches on one side of the body to repair a rupture or other defect. The procedure includes sizing and device selection, selective catheterization on the same side, all endograft extensions, angioplasty or stenting, and all RS&I, when performed.
