The provider treats a fracture of an epicondyle of the humerus, a small bump on either side of the elbow, above the condyle, the rounded projection at the top of the upper arm bone, in a percutaneous procedure. He manipulates the fracture to realign it. He inserts pins or wires through the skin, into the bone, to hold the fracture in place.
