Report 0329U only for Oncomap™ ExTra from Genomic Health Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Exact Sciences Inc. The test evaluates tumor tissue using next–generation sequencing (NGS) for DNA sequencing of all genes associated with solid tumor mutations (whole exome) and expression of RNA (whole transcriptome). The procedure also sequences DNA from blood or saliva to rule out any mutations not associated with the tumor.
