CT Cystography Has a CPT code

Question: Is there a CPT code for a CT cystogram to rule out bladder injury? Can you help me? Maryland Subscriber Answer: Report 72192 (Computed tomography, pelvis; without contrast material) or 72193 (... with contrast material) if your physician used an injection of intravenous contrast. In a hospital where the urologist interprets only the CT study, append modifier 26 (Professional component) to 72192 or 72193. You should also report 51600 (Injection procedure for cystography or voiding urethrocystography) for the instillation of contrast material into the bladder for the CT cystogram. Use 867.0 (Injury to pelvic organs, bladder and urethra, without mention of open wound into cavity) or 867.1 (Injury of pelvic organs, bladder and urethra with open wound into cavity) if there is a bladder injury or rupture.
