Answer: Report CPT® procedure code 10022 (Fine needle aspiration; with imaging guidance). Also bill code 76942 (Ultrasonic guidance for needle placement [e.g., biopsy, aspiration, injection, localization device], imaging supervision and interpretation) for the ultrasound guidance. Include N42.83 (Cyst of prostate) as the associated diagnosis.
