New Jersey Subscriber Answer: You should report 52214 (Cystourethroscopy, with fulguration [including cryosurgery or laser surgery] of trigone, bladder neck, prostatic fossa, urethra, or periurethral glands) for laser treatment of a bladder neck contracture. For the diagnosis, use 596.0 (Other disorders of bladder; bladder neck obstruction).
