Question: How should I report frontal weight bearing views of both knees and a lateral view of the right?

Answer: If your documentation indicates medical necessity for all of the views, you should report 73560 (Radiologic examination, knee; one or two views) twice. Append modifier RT (Right side) to one and modifier LT (Left side) to the other code.
