Question: Were having problems getting paid for setreotactic breast biopsy, CPT 19101 . What can we do?

Answer: We found that if you didnt mention unpalpable mass in your report it was getting rejected, says Madeline Walker, who manages a radiology group in Hawaii. We spoke with our radiologists. They now make sure they include this phrase and we are getting paid.
