Answer: Actually, you should report these views with two separate codes.
 
Inspiration view: Report the inspiration view with 71010 (Radiologic examination, chest; single view, frontal).

Expiration view: Next report the expiration view with 71035 (Radiologic examination, chest, special views [e.g., lateral decubitus, Bucky studies]).
