Answer: If you perform the separate services described by these two codes, you may report them on the same claim.
Acquisition: Report 78267 (Urea breath test, C-14 [isotopic]; acquisition for analysis) if you collect the sample.
Analysis: If you also analyze the sample, report 78268 (... analysis).
