Question: Does the code 76376 apply to coronal and sagittal images? Florida Subscriber Answer: Code 76376 (3D rendering with interpretation and reporting of computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, or other tomographic modality with image postprocessing under concurrent supervision; not requiring image postprocessing on an independent workstation) applies to 3D imaging. You will not report 76376 for coronal and sagittal images. These are 2D images.
