Question:What CPT should I report for the electromagnetic bronchoscopy (ENB) treatment?Iowa SubscriberAnswer:You would report ENB with 31627 (Bronchoscopy, rigid or flexible, including fluoroscopic guidance, when performed; with computer-assisted, image-guided navigation [List separately in addition to code for primary procedure(s)]). Typically, you use this code when a physician performs biopsy peripheral lung lesions or assists placement of fiducial markers which will be used for treatment localization.
